Privacy Policy
Last updated August 28, 2026
This policy explains what BILT, LLC (“BILT,” “we,” “us”) collects when you use our website or engage us as a client, how we use it, and what control you have over it.
What we collect
- Information you give us. Name, email address, phone number, company name, industry, revenue range, and anything you write in a form message.
- Usage data. Pages viewed, referring source, approximate location derived from IP, browser and device type — collected through analytics tools.
- Client operational data. During an engagement we process call records, lead records, appointment data and review activity from your systems, only as needed to configure and run the AI systems we install.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule a discovery call.
- To deliver, configure, monitor and improve the services you have engaged us for.
- To send you material you asked for, including our newsletter.
- To measure how the website performs and where our visitors come from.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Third-party tools
We rely on established vendors to run our services. Depending on your engagement, these may include Vapi (voice agents), Twilio (telephony and SMS), OpenAI (language models), GoHighLevel (CRM), Resend (transactional email), Vercel (hosting), Google Analytics and Meta (advertising measurement). Each processes data under its own terms and security commitments.
Data retention
We keep website inquiry data for as long as needed to follow up and meet our record keeping obligations. Client operational data is retained for the duration of the engagement and deleted or returned within 90 days of termination on request.
Your rights
Depending on where you live — including under the CCPA in California and the GDPR in the EU and UK — you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we process it, and receive a portable copy. You may also opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link.
To exercise any of these rights, email braden@biltmktg.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Cookies and analytics
Our analytics and advertising tools set cookies to measure traffic and campaign performance. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work without them.
Security
We use SOC 2-compliant vendors, restrict internal access to what each person needs, and do not store customer data beyond what the installed systems require to function. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services change. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
